Three new Members appointed to the Government Commission – Three long-standing Members are leaving
Federal Minister of Justice and Consumer Protection Dr. Stefanie Hubig has appointed three new members to the Government Commission for the German Corporate Governance Code (DCGK): Ulrich Grillo, CEO of Grillo Werke AG and member of the Executive Board of DSW (Deutsche Schutzvereinigung für Wertpapierbesitz e.V.), Michael Rüdiger, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BlackRock Asset Management Deutschland AG, and Susanne Wiegand, member of the Supervisory Board of Volkswagen AG and former CEO of RENK Group AG.
